Biography
Dr. Elicker received her Ph.D. in I/O psychology from ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· of Akron in 2000. Her research interests include learning, feedback, and organizational justice. She has published in journals such as Human Performance, Journal of Management, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Teaching of Psychology, Journal of Diversity in Higher Education, and Journal of Vocational Behavior. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Akron, Dr. Elicker was an organizational consultant specializing in competency-based systems for employee selection and development. Dr. Elicker is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the American Psychological Association (
